The use of triaxiality solid fabric is more , so the study of machine which can make triaxiality solid fabric is more important. This paper discuses the problem of let-off system in machine of triaxiality solid fabric.Development of let-off system is first presented in this dissertation. Good scheme of hardware and software algorithm of system is adopted by comparing. Good electronic let-off control system is designed for machine which can make triaxiality solid fabricAccording to adopted scheme of system and necessary hardware of system, main control board based on DSP, negative feedback servo control system constituted by tension loop are designed, and tension sensor, DC motor etc. are also selected.Tension of warp system is time-variant and nonlinear system. According to characteristic of tension of warp system, Fuzzy-PID algorithm is adopted. During the course of manufacturing, the control system gets the real-time tension by sensor and deviation by comparing to gave value. According to deviation and variety of deviation, Fuzzy controller tunes parameter of PID controller such as parameter of K_p, K_I and K_D online, then PID controller calculates controlled quantity. Control difficulty is settled. Therefore, control request of tension of warp such as keeping tension stationary is realized.Modularized and interrupt structure are adopted in programming. There are system administrative program, man-machine interface program, fuzzy algorithm program, PID algorithm program and communication program etc. Program has distinct structure and good real-time performance.On the base of former research, this paper analyzes different causes of system and give some settling ways.
