Design And Research For Automatic Sorting System Of Electronic Element On Pipeline

The paper considers automatic sorting system of electronic element as researching object. It designs and researches a set of automatic sorting system which is a production controlling system. It also gives out a new solution about how to improve efficiency for system production and to provide data for enterprise's quality controlling.The system has two parts, PC manage system and SCM. These two parts communicate by the serial port. PC has an essential function that is to control producing process of system. It issues controlling parameters and algorithm instruction to SCM. And it can also receive data sent by SCM, which can form real-time diagram for production. It can complete realtime controlling on line. In contrast, the micro computer has the principle functions that is to receive controlling signal sent by PC manage system, to call inner controlling manipulator algorithm, to detect apparatus and control gate. At the same time, it can also collect all types of signal from production line and send them to PC real-time through serial port.In the paper, Chapter 2 and Chapter 4 analyze PC manage system and SCM in detail, including analyzing and realizing for PC management system, the microcomputer and communication protocol.Chapter 3 researches fuzzy control arithmetic, analyzes simulating and drawing a simulating curve with Matlab . Chapter 5 draws a conclusion on the system, primarily analyzes producing efficiency on several ages of sorting machine and conditions in real production, drawing a contrast diagram about actual production efficiency.
