The Application And Implement Of Low Bit Video Coding Standard In Wireless Multimedia Communication

With the high-speed development of Internet, the mankind strides into a brand-new information age. As the theme of this age, the multimedia communication combining with video, audio and data is more concerned with people. The video compress is an indispensable part of multimedia communication system. Its strong functions and wide application prospects make it become a focus in recent years.The purpose of this subject is to design a wireless multimedia system, realizing video, audio and other signals to transmit and deal with in real time.
