Training Management System. Net Technology-based Railway And Implementation

With the rapid development of information technology and enterprise's information construction, the management of employees' training by the use of network will become the future development direction. According to the development request of the information construction for the railroad staffs training mangement, the cultivating and teaching center of the Guangzhou Group Company decided to develop the railroad training mangement system (RTMS), which should be based on internet, and should be a safe-reliable training management platform with high efficiency and powerful function.Focused on the research and development of the information system of the training management for staffs, this paper introduced in detail the development background, the development significance, the system demand analysis, the system design plan as well as some details for the information system realization of the training management, which mainly aimed at the detailed elaboration on the essential technology realization such as the secure design, the cystal report, the data binding and so on.Discussing the .NET technology application in the system, the paper simultaneously carries on the beneficial attemp to the usability of the .NET technology in the management information system.Finally, it makes the comprehensive summary and the forecast of the development and application of the railroad training mangement system.The RTMS, which has been designed and realized in this paper, adopts a three-layer system construction based on B/S, the .NET technology and SQL Server database technology to proceed the system development and realizing. According to the group level, the main corporation level, the station level and so on, the system-function-tree makes the user role division, with the different operation jurisdiction and the data manipulation scope, conforming to the railroad training management characteristic. This system passes through the whole development thought such as the management as the foundation, the decision for the goal, the technology as the method, certainly it's development and use will promote the railroad training supervisory workfor standardized and enhance the work efficiency of the training management and lighten the administerative personnai's burden so as to provide the science basis for the training analysis and the decision-making and advance the railroad to surmount. At present, this system has been handed over and tried to apply by the Guangzhou Railroad Group Company.
