Voice-based Application Development

This paper introduces the applied realm of the speech synthesis technology, the constitution of Text to Speech system and its implement, introduces the constitution and implement of the Automatic Speech Recognition technology, introduces the brief history, the main target, the basic elements of the voice application development language—Voice extensible Markup Language (VoiceXML), put forwards the design principle of Voice User Interface development.Color Ring Back Tone service (CRBT) is an application of speech technology in the telecommunication realm. When the caller dials a CRBT service subscriber, the incoming call is directed to the CRBT tone server and the personalized ring-back tone will be played by the CRBT server, then the tone server dials the called party. Once the called party answers, the tone server connects the calling and called parties. This paper analyzes the brief history, the intelligence net project of Color Ring Back Tone service. The author analyzes the internal constitution of Advanced Intelligent Peripheral (AIP), designs and develops the call process of CRBT service. According to the characteristics of CRBT Service, the design thought, design principle is put forward and the appropriate technologies is applied ,such as: Database Connection Pool,JSP,JavaBean,the perfect capturing system of exception etc. According to the characteristics of the management process of CRBT service, a perfect solution is proposed and its development principle is established, the database design of CRBT service is designed and developed.
