| The color ring back tone (CRBT) service is a new telecom service in recent years, and it has been widely used in the market. Two solutions can implement CRBT service. One solutions is based on the alteration of switch and the other is based on IN. CRBT service stores user data and configuration data in the large relational database system and needs access data in real-time and effectively. It requires database to provide high performance. As the CRBT system scale increases, data amount in the database increases. So the single database structure which has become the performance bottleneck of the whole system evolves into distributed database structure. Because service data are very important for each node of the distributed database structure, the evolution consequently causes data migration. Therefore, it's significant to do performance test and analysis on data migration technologies in CRBT system.This paper introduces the background knowledge and the implement of the CRBT service firstly ,which is developed by the National Laboratory of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and EASTCOM-BUPT Information Technology Co.,Ltd, Then, it introduces the database access method in CRBT system and fundamental concepts of data migration.Data migration technology that can be used in CRBT system includes both data-load and data-replication.The paper explains test method, test environment and test items for data-load techonology.According to the analysis of test result,it sum up some suggestions and experiences for the development and implement of data migration in CRBT system.In addition, the test and analysis for data-replication technologies are also made in the paper and some data-migration solutions based on replication are given. |
