Research And Implementation Of Access Control In The Manufacturing Process Management Platform

The business process of enterprise information system becomes more and more complex, and can adapt to market only by adjust continuously, which puts forward a higher requirement for the flexibility of enterprise information system. The business process management system, BPMS, is an enterprise information system based on the business process management, and can describe the business process model by same representation method which makes it extracted from real logic and used by the application programs in enterprises to build a flexible information system based on business process. The business process management system is a whole solution for business process management including many aspects of business process, such as modeling, operating, monitoring, analyzing, optimizing and recombining, as well as every levels from production management to strategic management, and it has a stronger supporting ability in paralleling, cooperating and distributing business process. The target of the business process management system is to provide a unified condition of modeling, operation and monitoring for all the business inside and outside of the enterprise, to manage business process with a high efficiency, to achieve the monitor and analysis of business process by the rapid disposing and controlling of business process, and to make the enterprise adapt to market changes more flexible and quickly.In the traditional business process management system, the definition of process and the access control of system are frequently two relatively independent modules, but this kind of combination mode often brings conflicts between process model and access right. Therefore, we should consider the problem about access control when defining the process model and the influence on process model when defining and modifying access right.The main research contents of this paper includes the development of a process management software in manufacturing industry, a general scheduling business process platform for small and medium enterprises, and a research on the controlling methods about the internal access of the software. This paper puts forward a new access control solution, aiming at the application of business process management in small and medium manufacturing industry enterprise, which is based on RBAC model and has combined the specific characteristics of business process management.
