The Study, Based On Supply Chain Inventory Management System

With the development of computer, Internet and Logistics, Logistic, information flow and capital flow have gained a fast increase. The demand of multiplicity and personalized of user and the market uncertainty make the enterprise to have a raising competition advantage. Under the environment of the economic and information globalization market that is becoming more and more intense, Product Life Cycle(PLC) is shorter, the requirement of product quality and delivery period for customer is higher, the expectation of product and service is higher. Management pattern and the manufacturing method of production in the enterprise of our country need a new direction to develop. The competition of enterprises has become the competition of supplies chain. The research and development of the theory on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the strategy and controlling of stock under the environment will bring a new vigor.This paper has researched inventory control based on SCM through the method of theory and practice combination. It has analyzed the problem in stock in the enterprise in our country under the environment of SCM and put forward the method of its solution, as well as, have discussed the different controlling strategy in stock on every link in the entire of supplies chain after analyzed the present situation of research on SCM and theory and analyzed the conflicts of running patterns and methods in current enterprises.The major working and research accomplishment of this paper includes: (1) Have introduced the present situation of research on SCM in domestic and international enterprises, have discussed the problem in stock in the enterprises of our country under the environment of SCM and have put forward to adopting the different control strategy on the different business links in SCM, so as to reduce the stock cost and raise the rate of capital turnover.(2) Have made a detailed analysis about the theory and the model of SCM and its operation mechanism. To reduce the quantity and the cost stock through efficient logistics, so as to develop a efficient and low cost production system and realize an effective management in the entire supplies chain.(3) Have made a detailed analysis on the reason of the uncertainty and ox whip effect incontrol stock and the relation of inventory control with them, have discussed some solutemethods, and have analyzed the typical control strategy and their practical field in stock under the environment of SCM.■(4) Havjfestudied the methods of developing system by UML and JDeveloper and made a preliminary development of inventory management system based on SCM.
