Based On The Service Flow Of Documents Circulation System

Automatic workflow systems have been widely used to solve the problem of document flow within a government or organization. With the development of technology in the fields of network and communication, exchanging lots of information is becoming very easy. This forces workflows to exchange information cross the boundaries among governments or organizations .It is difficult to support the exchange of workflow specifications between different workflow products. Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) has been active to standardize both a workflow process definition language and the interfaces between various workflow components sine 1993. But there is still no consensus on the workflow constructs that need to be supported and their semantics. So there are many different interpretations about a same word based on the same standard. This results in the beyond comprehension among workflows.This paper present a model based on the service flow to combine the various workflow. The reference researches to the model: Based on the sprits of SOA(Service-Oriented-Architecture), first, thinks to the XML and Web Service , we can wrap the invoked workflow system (service point) in a Web Service. Then the model combine with the workflow and Web Service Composition technology to composite the service to a service flow—a automatic workflow that exchange information based on XML. In order to solve the semantic problem the model use the tool of XSLT to transform specifications between the two workflow's output. The result of running this automatic workflow fulfilled the task of document flow cross the boundaries among governments or organizations. The realization of service flow is based on the NET Framework and BizTalk Server 2004.The system based on the model can improve the ability of information's exchanging among various workflow, and then offer a alternative way to solve the problem of document flow among governments or organizations. The experiment involved in this paper proved that the model is effective.
