The Design And Implementation Of Document Flow System Of Dongli District Based On Workflow

The Office Automation System has developed a lot with the purpose of improving the efficiency and saving the cost. It is based on Internet/Intranet and workflow technology. The construction of Office Automation System has been treated as an important part of the information construction project by the local governments. Document flow system is the core part of the Office Automation System, enabling the officers to sharing the data easily and conveniently, to work together efficiently, and to process the information quickly and comprehensively. Therefore, it is far-reaching significant to speed up the construction of governmental document circulation system for prompting the construction of governmental information.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the basic structure and the process of the document flow. It has analyzed workflow technology, and studied the basic theory and implementation techniques of workflow modeling in depth. The subject carried out a thorough research for the analysis of needs, combining with document flow system in the actual application environment of the district government. It designed a document flow system which based on NET platform, using the current mature and stable B/S three-tier model, which unified client (Browser) and server-side (Server) to focus on the server to simplify the system development, maintenance and process of application. Thus, it enhances the system scalability and significant savings in development and operating costs.As to the design of function, the system strictly abides by the basic idea of information development, managing the document transfer within the departments and sharing the information effectively. This paper focuses on the definition of the organization, process, official document drafting, official document management and monitoring, analyzes the database design and key techniques such as the operating principle of the Office controls, the use of signature seal system permission control method, data storage and system security.
