With the development of information technology, the combination of industrial control technology and information technology makes the traditional temperature measurement technology has entered a new chapter, the development of instrument and meter also gradually towards intelligence, more functional as well as the target and rapid development of network.PID temperature control instrument is to point to adopt PID(Proportion Integral Derivative proportional Integral differential) algorithm is a kind of temperature control instruments. On market sales of PID temperature control instrument for small scale survey found that although most of the PID temperature control instrument has been realized the parameters of the fuzzy self-tuning, in small single area temperature control has a good performance. However, when faced with closed or open state large and medium-sized cavity of this kind of complex environment, as a result of cavity of complex shape and different position of the temperature difference is very big, this is because this kind of cavity in the body temperature instability with nonlinear and time-varying characteristics. Therefore, if only use a PID temperature control instrument adopts the traditional method of temperature control by temperature control instrument limited area and limited by the single method of temperature control, often cannot achieve precise temperature control. This requires using coordinated control of multiple temperature control instrument, even so, when meet this kind of application solutions, and is limited by product serial transmission rate and transmission distance and they do not have an efficient management platform to the management of these instruments are unified, unable to make them truly collaborative control functions efficiently.Under such a background, this paper tries to research and develop an embedded intelligent PID temperature control system based on Ethernet, USES the ARM microcontroller 51 single-chip microcomputer and replace traditional USES the virtual instrument software as a management platform, multiple PID temperature control instrument with the computer via Ethernet combination way to solve the coordination of inside the cavity, multi-point temperature control problem. Based on fast Ethernet data transmission and data transmission distance many advantages, such as monitor access system can effectively manage the PID temperature control instrument.
