It's very useful on economy and clinic to apply art if iciaI mechanical heart valve to the field of biomedical engineering. But the technique of preparing LTI(Low Temperature Isotropic Pyrolitic Carbon)-the material of making art if icial heart vaIve-is very complex and difficult, which need a high temperature environment above 1000℃ in the fIuidized-bed. Because the pyrolyzed theory does still not reach the last word and the procedure of pyrolyzing is restricted by a lot of factors, LTI has different microcosmic structures and qualities on different conditions. Based on the software requirement of technical parameters about simulation experiment of fIuidized-bed in room temperature, we programmed the software of real-time control, real-time data acquisition, data process and analysis. We have done some researches on the technical parameters of fluidized-bed in room temperature and provided experimental basis for the research of the pyrolyzed environment in the future.This software was programmed with Visual Basic under Win98 system. It realized real-time control, real-time data acquisition by using interrupt, real-time display of technical parameters and data process of analysis. It' s the first time in Ohioa to apply auto-control technique to preparing LTI, and it also provide a basis for the multi-factor analysis of preparing LTI by using computer.By using Timer(VB ActiveX Control) and TVicHW32 (interrupt ActiveX Control), this software realized real-time control, real-time dataacquisition and display successfully. It was found that the middle smoothness f i I ter was an effect i ve way to get r i d of no i ses i n f I ux s i gna I by comparing with primary data. As VB has the characters of structure, graph and excellent user interface, we realized real-time control. real-time data acquisition and display, data process of fluidized bed in room temperature.The result of our experiment proved that the software can not only satisfy the requirement but also provide the technical support for the pyrolyzed experiment.
