In recent years, with the wide application of computer technology and the rapid process of information use, Computer Measurement and Control Systems is widely used in more and more occasions. Temperature is an important parameter in many control systems. On some occasions where strict temperature watching is needed, it's needed for multi-point real-time high-precision temperature measurement. The traditional method of temperature measurement is dependent on the measurement for simulation of physical quantity of sensitive temperature electronic components, turning into visual measuring results. From the aspect of hardware circuit design, it is complicated to be developed; requiting much more time and work, and Anti-jamming problem is more prominent. Modern temperature sensor is rapidly developed from simulation to digital, from integration to intelligence, making us measure temperature exactly and conveniently in every application field. Based on the development and design technology of embedded system, linking with the practical application of temperature monitoring, and with choice rule of RTOS (real-time multi-tasking operating system), the thesis has selected the source code opened embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-II; In hardware design, micro-controller selected the 8-bit MCU SM5964, which manufactured by Taiwan-xinmao (Syncmos) company. Temperature measure devices are DS18B20 single bus digital temperature sensor made by the United States DALLAS Co. Information transmission is carried out by RS232 bus. The embedded system is designed to realize the measurement of multi-point temperature.The system has the following design features:1,Unifying the development characteristic of embedded system software and the use method of digital temperature sensor, it is more convenient and intuitive, comparing with the traditional method of combination of single-chip microcomputer with thermo-sensitive sensor simulation. Developing software on the RTOS, is helps the establishment of a powerful and complex large-scale system.2,Using the multi-task programming technique, the functional tasks can be carried out and coordinated, helping improve the overall system efficiency and reduce the corresponding delay time; While realizing the software, the lamination system thought is used. Stratified system of thinking, according to hardware level, organizing the independent level and application level, this system is more logical, then it has the better transplanting quality.3,When realizing the software, using the systemic ISP function, procedure loading and dynamic renewal can be realized, so that the system has a good versatility.4,This system has the characteristics of high-precision, short thermal response time, the accuracy of 0.5 degree. Having developed the good human-computer interface, it is more convenient to operate.
