Sensor techniques are getting more and more intellectualized and networking. Emerging as the time requires, the wireless self-organized sensor network is integration of collecting, processing and transmitting. Due to its wide application future in industrial, medical, communicating, military and civil sector, both military and industrial authorities are very interested in it and many countries have started to study it.Wireless Sensor Network Experience Platform is designed in this paper. The platform consists of a basestation and several nodes. The node consists of multi-sensors CPU wireless communicating module and battery . The network are self-organized by these nodes and the basestation. The information collected by these nodes is fused and sent to the host computer through wireless sensor network.In this paper, the research background of wireless sensor network is introduced and the characteristics are analyzed first. Then on the basis of the foregoing research, the design of Wireless Sensor Network Experience Platform is given, and two key technologies: RF(Radio Frequency) technology and low-power technology are studied. The platform can collect the acceleration and the temperature of the environment, and the monitoring of the environment is realized.At last, the experimental results of the platform are analyzed and the next work is described.
