Wireless sensor network(WSN)technology,rely on its high flexibility,the ability to adapt to the environment,and the wide range of test areas,it is widely concerned by experts and scholars both at home and abroad.From the current situation of its development,the wireless sensor network has been throughout every aspect of our life,especially in industrial detection,monitoring and other fields of project indispensable key technology.Traditional wireless sensor network is to use a unified external power supply,through the wiring way connected to each sensor node so as to realize the continuous power of each sensor.But its application becomes more pervasive,in some complex special circumstances,such as the military restricted zones in high-risk,even is the place that full of poisonous and harmful substances,the workers can't reach,the traditional way of supplying electricity is difficult to meet the actual demand.The system adopts the pressure sensor as a network node,through the two aspects of hardware and software design "low energy".The software is implemented in terms of program statement optimization and sleep mechanism.The hardware is designed to meet the requirements of the system under the low power consumption standard and the design of the peripheral circuit.Based on the energy harvesting technology to design the solar power generation and piezoelectric ceramic power two kinds of ways to ensure that the power supply is stable and reliable,supply the energy to solve the wireless sensor network node under the special environment of the energy supply problem.Widely learning is presented in this paper,based on relevant theoretical results at home and abroad based on the research content after the new type of intelligent wireless sensor network system was put forward.First of all,the front module of the system can complete the accurate data acquisition object is detected pressure information;secondly,we choose the piezoelectric ceramic as the main materials of autonomous power supply module design and implementation of the mechanical vibration can be efficiently converted into electrical energy for the network node power supply.Finally,we applied to automobile tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS),completed the design of tire pressure monitoring system based on wireless sensor network node.The system retains the advantage of the former wireless sensor network technology while joining the parts of the power supply module,which enhances the flexibility and reliability of the system.
