The high-speed winder is the hard-core of chemical fibre machines, it requires good performance of electric automatization, material and precision machining, and its price occupies more 50 percent of the whole machine design. However, the domestic chemical fibre companies spend less time and money in developing high performance of winders comparing with overseas companies. We have to import winders from Germany. Japan, and Switzerland for a long time, whose products hold the most winder market, for example, RIERTER, MURATA, NEWMAG, TEUIN SEIKI, and TORAY etc. It seriously influence the development of chemical fibre thread, and it also costs us so much money. The most presently homemade winders' winding line speed is less than 2000m/min, and it does not fit for the requirement of filature, what's more, the conventional control method can easily lead to the phenomena of broken thread, which makes against the next process, therefore, in order to meet the requirement of markets, it is most to research and develop the high-speed winders quickly. China Textile Machinery & Accessories Association has listed it as the second important task.Combined with winding characteristics and engineering requirements, the thesis conducts a great deal of theoretical, experimental and simulation research in ADRC(Active Disturbance Rejection Controller) for constant velocity winding control, anti-disturbance and sync-drives control. At last, this control method has been successfully applied in develop high-speed winder, in shanghai Erfangji Ltd.(1) Based on research the technics and running environment for winders, it pointed out where the shoe pinches to design winding drives control systems for high-speed winders.(2) It comes up with a method to design an effective control method for uncertain complicated nonlinear system. this thesis uses the method of ADRC studied by HanJingqing, and is compared with non-PID and PID controller by emulation during winding process.(3) Founded on winding characteristics, it improves the winding formation and reduce the probability of forming cobweb by introducing the advanced method — CPW(compact precision winding).(4)The winding control system is made up of PCC(Programming Computer Controller) and ACOPOS(Advanced Coordinated Optimized Positioning OS), ADRC is regarded as an important method to resolve the problems of constant velocity winding and anti-disturbance etc. in winding process, because of its excellent theory and control arithmetic.
