Design And Implementation Of Audience Rating System Based On Android Platform

Audience rating system is the office software for the specialized persons in media area to provide them all the media rating data,PC is the traditional platform that audience rating system exists on.Nowadays,with the development of mobile communication technology and the popularity of mobile terminals,the market of mobile internet has been tremendously expanded,and the mobile terminals has become the beneficial additions of office facilities for its portability,instant and orientation.Openness,customization and the friendly development environment are the particular characters of Android OS(Operation System),which makes it the most popular OS of smart mobile phone.Combining with new characteristics of mobile Internet,this dissertation comes from actual demand of media companies to intelligent mobile device,designs and implements the audience rating system based on Android platform.The dissertation elaborates the significance of statistical audience rating data,researches the characteristics of Android platform,architecture and key technologies,designs the framework of server,mobile terminal and database,mainly introduces the client interface and functional module.The main research work and achievements are as follows:1.According to the actual demand of media area,and combining the character analysis of the current audience rating system,the mobile audience rating system is designed based on the Android framework,which includes the functions of audience rating data and arrival rating data displaying,TV message receiving,subscribed information reminding and so on.2.The push algorithm to implement the function of prompt notification is designed.system architecture and application of Android platform are analyzed,through the analysis of the current mainstream message pushing platform implementation scheme,Combining users'preferences and location with reasonable message transport protocol,the MQTT-based message pushing platform is designed,it implements push relevant information within a reasonable time and place.3.For live and VOD(Video-On-Demand)real-time data and history data,two presentation,line chart and histogram are designed.Solutions for problems relate to the client including curve drawing and list optimization,which effectively shows live data and VOD data.4.The testing environment is developed,including test cases and function modules.It proves that audience rating system which is based on Android platform has good feasibility and stability.Audience rating system has been modified and optimized in future.
