China Unicom is the only telecommunication operator with power of management of telecommunication service in China; has the public telecommunication network in whole country, engaged in many kinds of basic telecommunications and appreciation telecommunication service ,form the compatible pattern that develops together of multiple operation ,such as moving, long distance ,data(165),IP telephone ,local call, etc .How to give play to Unicom comprehensive advantages ,realize flexible changeable marketing tactics, do the users service well ,become the problem needing to be solved urgently.Shenzhen Unicom integrated service supporting system, has combined the business characteristic of Shenzhen Unicom, build a high-efficient multiple business operation supporting system, change the situation that every business system is separated in an all-round way, achieve reunification customer management, business management and every professional charging system and network yuans of unified interface, and assure the smooth migration of the system.During the construction of Shenzhen Unicom integrated service supporting system, the construction of the account system is an important problem .Because account system involves operating a large amount of data, how to guarantee the program has the good disposition, fault-tolerant, operating efficiency and exactness is an important point during our design.Author combines the development of RuYitong account system of Shenzhen Unicom integrated service supporting system, have designed the method to achieve module clear, high-efficient operation, disposing strong, high fault-tolerant. The account programs designed by this method, has passed the practice of Shenzhen Unicom. This method has the good reference function to the development of accountprograms of telecom service supporting system.
