With the constant perfection of information construction of various kinds of business such as medical treatment, industrial injury, retirement insurance, female worker bore in Weihai social insurance information management system, they have accumulated a large number of operation and management data experience. And information is one of the largest wealth of enterprises, it is the key to carry on the business, make policy and imply management strategy, but, this useful information is dispersed in databases of different types again. Demand out of management, these business senior level segments need data from basic unit so that they can make the report form of analysis separately. These data sources are Lack of science and a large number of it is repeated, that have wasted a lot of workforces. In this way, top management team have difficulty to get immediate, unpredictable, overall and accurate data of every counties and cities. So, Shan Dong Dareway Computer Software CO.,LTD found expert project group , determing to utilize the data warehouse to turn the business datum into the information analyzed, offer accurate market orientation to policy-makers.The data warehouse is theme -oriented, integrate, read-only, up to the time constantly changeable data set supporting the analysis and decision of enterprises or the organization. It uses traditional database technology as the basic means to store the data and resource management, uses statistical analysis technology as the effective method to analyses the data and draw information, and uses artificial intelligence technology as the scientific way to excavate knowledge and find law, to solve the decision supporting problem.This thesis, through using the researching and analyzing of theoretical foundation to data warehouse of social insurance Decision Supporting System (SIDSS ), have set up the star type data model suitable for SIDSS practical application of social insurance in practice, and have set up a lot of fact forms and linked forms. In this way, it provides convenience for on-line data analysis and decision support.This thesis offer high-quality data for excavating algorithms, through pretreatment operate of source data such as data section screening, data valuedispersed and data sampling. While the pretreatment of the data, we used the method that" Word-section Derive ." Word-section Derive " is a subtask of" pretreatment of the data " in SIDSS system. It lie before the excavate algorithm, and after datum source. Similar to attribute construction method in the generally treatment course, user can self-defining meaningful word section while excavating, establish the terms of word-section derive, and produce the parameter of outputting, as the introduction parameter while writing into the procedure file again next time.After the data warehouse is set up, we adopt OLAP to carry on multidimensional analyzing and processing, which enable analyzing, administrative or operational staff can deposit and withdraw information fast, unanimously and alternately from all directions. Thus it has met policymaker's whenever and wherever possible, pluralistic demand of inquiring, counting, analyzing and settling.Through the research on the realization and development of SEDSS based on data warehouse, this thesis have reflected using value of data warehouse modeling, data pretreatment and datum excavate in the field of social insurance of technology. At present, SIDSS has already run succeededly in the social labor insurance department of Weihai city, which has greater actual meaning.
