This thesis, Manufacture Main Circuit of 1000A Large Current Pulse Generator is the son of Yunnan province appliance-basic research thesis, current pulse used in steel of vehicle axletree (G2OCrNi2MoA) to improve quality of organization (number 2003E0024M). Because this alloy works in bad condition, its surface needs high anti-grand, rigidity, impact tenacity and contact tire intensity, but its heart demands proper rigidity and tenacity. Traditional heat treatment shorts of those requests, and wastes a lot of manpower, material resources and resource. Many investigates of the whole world indicate strong current pulse in metal can bring delicate change to material of ordinary capability or produce new capability.According to correlative research and investigation of the nation indicate the current pulse alter the organization of metal in normal temperature and high temperature. But in normal temperature this change needs huge current pulse generator which cost is expensive. In the condition of the limited outlay, we heat the sample up to 800-900 centigrade, then add hundreds ampere of current pulse to it, thereby its organization can be changed. So the basic parameter of current pulse generator is current peak value 100A~1000A(utmost is 1800), width 0.2mS, frequency l~50Hz. The structure of generator adopt a circuit of half-bridge asynchronous resonant soft-switch to form power pulse which main switch is silicon controlled rectifier that needn't any shut circuit, it comprises a controlled series resonant LC storage energy network and switch. Main switch choose a kind of SCR that is 300A, 800V MTC, which needn't cushion absorb circuit, control easily and work credibly.The current pulse generator is composed of main circuit and control circuit. This thesis introduces traits and development of all kinds of elements of power electronics, and the structure, work principle, character, primary parameter of SCR. The technology of soft-switch has been one of the most active directions in the power electronics field. It overcomes the limits of hard-switch working. The resonant soft-switch break or open an electric circuit in the condition of zero-voltage orzero-current, so reduce switch waste to zero. In main circuit, whole power switch adopt half-control elements that don't want shut electronic circuit. Because of working in zero-switch, it hasn't switch waste. The pulse signals are produced by control circuit which frequency are l~50Hz that touch off SCR. The control circuit concludes input circuit, F/V circuit, dividing circuit, pulse-modulate circuit, amplifier circuit and so on. The whole system also includes commute circuit, protector circuit and non-inductance sampling circuit.The matter and deficiency are discovered by experiment. By ceaselessly improving, the final experimental results indicate we reach expectant aim and obtain well effect.
