To meet the special needs for large power digital inducting heating power supply in nowadays inducting treating area, A novel resolution named"Soft Chopping Power Modulation Parallel Resonant Induction Heating Power Supply based on DSP"is proposed in this research..The research set from parallel resonant inverter, several power modulation strategy adapt to the inverter is analyzed and compared in detail by simulation and in theory. a novel lossless active snubber Buck Converter is developed. and connected to the inverter as a power modulation module. So, the desired main circuit is gotten. And 50KW/10KHz IGBT power section with driver based on 2SD315A is built.In this paper, All different working state of the parallel Resonant inverter are analyzed , The little capacitive resonant state is pointed as the best one., A digital phase lock loop is used to ensue the resonant inverter work in the desired state. Further more, a real-time digital PI regulator is adopted in power control loop to regulate the power for the designed power section. The proposed control strategy is implemented based on TMS320LF2407A DSP. Finally, the power stage hardware and the control circuit are connected together for debugging and experimentation.The experiment result shows the main switch Q and the main diode of the Buck convert works on ZVS switch-on state and ZCS switch-off state. The auxiliary switch Q Xworks on ZCS switch-on state. The inverter works on ZVS quasi- resonance state, The control partitioning of power converters based on DSP is performed soundly .Which primely verified the theoretical analysis and designed scheme.
