These years, the research in switching power supply has been developing widely not only in theory but also in applications. Switching Power supply includes many technology field such asauto control. High frequency, soft-switching conversion is an important subject of power electronics and switching Power supply.The traditional DC power-supply has big bulk and weight, high ripple coefficient of output voltage, low stability and efficiency.it is hard-switch to transit which make efficiency fall to 70% around and single power is hard to keep working a long time without redundancy system. Study and development of high-frequency high-voltage direct current power-supply ,which uses switching power-supply technology to design novel high frequency voltage switching power supply with small bulk and weight, high stability and efficiency .At first the paper introduced the development of switch power supply and it involved technology field, subsequently narrated many methods of advance of switching power supply. After this, introduced the design course of the whole system. The system included these parts: the main circuit part, the control circuit part. And the main circuit part consisted of full-bridge inversion, APFC, output rectification and current sharing. The control circuit involved two parts: One is the circuit brings the pulse controls the switches in main circuit, and the other is the protect circuit. And then detailedly recommended the designs of main circuit, control circuit and testing circuit, including selected components and calculated parameter. Primary converter is a full-bridge converter constructed by ZVS PWM DC/DC which makes full use of the transformer's leak inductance to carry out soft switching. This paper also analyzes the theory and tactic of this kind of circuit, and presents the concrete design parameter; simulation and experiment waveform. At last paper use plural module parallel connection to constitute redundancy system in order to make power working a long time and also enhance system stability.
