Realizating the information-oriented society will reqire significantly enhance network performance. The appearance and development of new technologies, such as TDM ,WDM ,OPS ,OBS ,PON and IP , is just answer to this reqiuirement. These technologies all demend that system must has well performance on handling brust service. For the same reason , the study on brust singal process has attracted widely interesting of nations all over the world. Because there has a lage random phase chang between every date packets, on other hand in order to enhance the performance and efficience of network, the distance between data packets must be very little. How to realize synchronization instantly with little expenditure of time is the essence of brust mode clock recovery. So ,our analysiss surround on this. Our study is based on the theory calculation, computer simulation and experiment. In this paperr, we fabricate and assess a novel optical burst mode clock and data recovery (CDR) circuit .The clock recovery circuit in the CDR circuit consists of current limited oscillator with trigger input for handling the burst-mode signals, whose bit rate vary with each packet. Moreover, based on the analysis of the performance of this CDR circuit, we compare this synchronization approach with previously available Burst-Mode CDR circuit. The simulation result confirms that the high frequency 5.0Gb/s of the clock recovery and the high speed 5.0 Gb/s of the decision circuit. The experiment with bit rate 5.0Gb/s, show that the circuit offer excellent performance in practical application. In the expirment with bite rate 155Mb/s ,the CDR circuit successfully recovery the clock and data from burst singal source which is also designed and made by ourself independly . by ding a series of experiments, we test the performance of the CDR circuit.
