| After china joined WTO, it is widly focused in how to enhance the enterprises'competitive in the international competition. To achieve this, it is a definite choice of informationlization according to the many cases and experiences all over the world. It is not only enhance the enterprise's operation efficiency, management and market competition, but also continuously promotes the reform and innovation in work and management mode. It pushes the enterprises to transform from traditional to modern, to learn the management theory and mode of advanced modern enterprise system. Information level gradually becomes the enterprise's kernel competition. The BPR system is a service system used to gather, process, save and distribute the information of main work in SCI. It objects resolving the information intercommunion and sharing in the work. It configures an integrated online-management-flow based on projects. BPR system faces upon the states owned institute with the principle of demand leading and technical promotion. It adapts the management status, while also enhances the total management efficiency and level by improving the office means. It can really bring out the flat advantage of the information system. This paper investigates the key techniques in the BPR. Based on the actual information system and management mode in the SCI, this paper analyses, compares, argues and determines the top configuration. A strategy is proposed to direct and sustain the projects R&D. |
