Data Integration Of Financial Management Information System For Power Enterprise

The development of information technology has brought rare opportunity to power supply enterprise, but also new challenges has been brought to power supply enterprise. A lot of money has been invested for the power supply enterprise to establish many information systems, to help internal and external business processing and management work.These information system by different software vendors may be implemented and only focus on itself field of data and processing. Due to the lack of corresponding interface standards and specifications, and information and data cannot be shared between diffient systems, thus forming "Information Island". Financial Management Information System is one of the main business systems in the power supply enterprise, and is been played an important role in the operation and management of power supply enterprises, due to internal management and external business process requirements for power supply enterprise, financial management information system of power supply enterprise should be integrated inwith production, marketing, engineering, materials systems and outwith bank systems.Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristic of power supply enterprise and financial management information system.Then the author points out the main problems of financial management information system of the power supply enterprises, and that data integration with the related business system is one of the main problem, and the financial management system integration goals and requirements. Combining with the system data integration problems and needs of information system, the author studied data integration theory and main method, and comparative analysis of point to point interface integration, data sharing integration,based on the data integration platform, and based on information integration platform integration method is proposed to solve data integration.Introduced in the Ygsoft information integration platform structure, function and the integration of logic and principle of the interface type support, and the author introduces second development of technology based on the integrated platform.According to GuangDong power grid corporation participated in financial management information system, the author analyses the integration requirement of financial management information system of GuangDong power grid corporation, and expounds that data integration based on the information integration platform is effective methods to solve data integration demand of financial management information system. Then the author describes the design ideas of integration program, financial management information system and third-party system data integration design, development and testing deployment. Finally, the authors give some conclusion and foresight.
