Many enterprises have the enterprise application environment with a lot of different legacy application systems and existed enterprise business process, and data. These application resources and systems are constructed by the enterprises, which spent much time and money. Because of historical and technological factor, every system cannot interconnect and few enterprises have the interface for cooperation and systems' historical resource. So, it is difficult and expensive to maintain those systems. And these systems are independent and have not information communication: there are redundant information and useless information; it is difficult to share information among different departments; and the leader cannot predominate the whole enterprise, and so on. Requirements of resources sharing, information integration, and client for run-time and total data in cooperative, competitive, and dynamic market environment, EAI is regard as one of the most important enabling techniques for interconnecting different systems, application, data and so on on bottom basis structure and techology. It can do integrate many enterprise systems to optimize the utilization of information, and finally get a best business process and information sharing as if they are whole. Moreover, it helps enterprise upgrade, integrate, coordinate application systems' resources. It is also known that the enterprise integration systems are developed among different enterprises, when many enterprises trade each other such as E-commerce of B2B.In this dissertation, we have reviewed and discussed the method and the actuality of EAI based on J2EE technology and the corresponding multilevel system structure. At the same time a method for enterprise application integration has been proposed in this dissertation, which is based on XML, SOAP techniques and Web Services with open framework. In other ways, the author analyses the kernel question for EAI such as security and performance issue. And the author presents good solutions and gets some theoretical algorithms. The most achievements we got in the actual enterprise use of electric-power company and theoretical analyzable results are very good. They are very suitable solutions for security and performance issue in the enterprise application integration.In the end, according to requirements of the enterprise application integration for electric-power company and the basis of design above, we present a suitable framework of integration platform for actual uses. And the dissertation describes most problems of enterprise information systems such as database and system total performance for system stabilization. Enterprise Integration Portal is together discussed by using the best-fitted techniques for the logical realization of enterprise presentation integration. And we also develop the Performance optimization method and Security method for electric-power company.
