Based On The Different Banks, The Underlying Interface System In The Ibm As/400 System Compatible With The Design And Realization

With the continuous development of enterprise management concept, the ideal of enterprise management is turning to focus on customer from on product. The concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is becoming more and more important. And with the development of the computer technology and information technology, the time that CRM is realized workable system by using computer technology and information technology is coming.The research of this thesis based on rebuilding sale system of the enterprise, the concept of CRM is syncretized, and the modules that suited the enterprise is integrated. The primary content of the research is that the system requirement is analyzed using the technology of object-oriented analysis, so that expediently enforceable base of all the system software could be provided. When the system requirement is being analyzed, according to the theory of object-oriented analysis, firstly the definition of the object layer, attribute layer and relation layer is accomplished. Secondly, the analysis of the system function requirement is completed with Use Case and Interaction Diagram. Finally, the class specification is completed. In the process of the analyzing system requirement with the technology of object-oriented analysis, QING NIAO system is applied to design the project, which is a kind of correlative auxiliary design software (it provides the content of entire system analysis design including definition of object layer, sales layer, relation layer, describe of Use Case and Interaction Diagram, subject diagram and Class specification). Because the theory of object-oriented analysis has correlative auxiliary design software to actualize the system in practice, the physical design and program also combine it closely, those supply effective implement to research the project.When the system is analyzed in this thesis, the question of extending the system in the future has been considered.
