With the development of globalization and automation which happened to mechatronic control, this thesis bases on the whole system brings out the model of remote mechatronic control system (RMCS). This thesis divides the line between the functions of the RMCS, and studies the key technique of the system. This thesis aims at the purpose of set up an unify, standard, safety, and dependable system software, and designs the software and hardware of intelligence network interface unit.First, this thesis investigates the development and applications of the RMCS based on Internet, and studies the research present conditions and problems of domestic and international. On this foundation, this thesis analyzes the problems of hard to realize the system integrate and the usefulness of date transfer.Secondly, this thesis studies the characteristics of the RMCS and the theories of traditional mechatronic control system, and programs the composing of the system. This thesis divides the whole system as three parts, and introduces the functions of each part. This thesis also studies the key problems of the RMCS.Thirdly, this thesis designs the hardware and software of the terminal part and spot part (intelligence network interface unit). Especially introduces the functions and composing of intelligence network interface unit. The RMCS choices the TMS320VC5402 as it's microprocessor (MPU) and choices the RTL8019 as it's network controller. This thesis realizes the software frame design of the whole system, and carries out the step of realization.Finally, this thesis uses the DSK and CCS, taking the transportation light as the example realizes the applied layer protocol of the RMCS based on intelligence network interface unit.
