With the rapid development of telecommunication industry, the competition betweentelecommunication enterprises has become fiercer. How to protect communicationnetworks operate fast and stable, and provide reliable services becomes the top priority ofthe work of each company. In order to obtain an excellent communication networks, thestable power equipment and computer room environments must be ensured. However, thetraditional way of manned operator on dutyhas several disadvantages: low efficiency ofimplementation and large consumption of resources.It has been difficult to adapt to therequirements of the job. Therefore, it is quite necessary to establish a power environmentmonitoring unit which can collect real-time dataand uploadprocessed data to the Ethernetfor remote control.The paper makes a special research on some relevant part of the monitoring unitfeatures under the background ofpower environment supervise unit based on towermast.The article first introduces the background and researchstatus of powerenvironmentmonitoring system based on tower mast, describes the practical significance ofthis project, and analyzes the feasibility of the establishment of the monitoring unit.Secondly, based on the actual requirements, this paper describes the overall architecture,design specifications and features of the system. Again, the key technologiesofpowerenvironment monitoring system, such as data acquisition, Ethernet communications,and serialcommunication standards are presented relatedlyin this paper. Then, based on myown undertaken work throughout the whole project, it mainly introduces the design ofMCU circuit board about hardware,and optical coupler isolation is added in485serialcircuit, making the circuit enhance anti-jamming capability, and get higher transmissionefficiency; it introduces the implementation of AISG protocol in RCU and TCP/IP in webserver about software. Master chip can controlantenna tilt calibration and setup via RS485communication, while monitoring unit can achieve a real-time data acquisition, and realizethe remote control when the processed data is sent outthroughEthernet interface.
