Internet is open to the equipments that accord with its protocols. The remote control system based on Internet is the trend of the remote control system. How to link the mechtronic equipments to Internet is the key techincs of the remote control system. The remote control system needs a cheap, effective resolution to link the equipments to Internet.Based on a plenty of researching in the technology of the equipment Internet access, the problems of embedded control system and the communication method were discussed in detail. Then the paper provided a resolution to connect the mechtronic equipments to Internet. It is cheap, small and effective.This interface is based on TMS320VC5402; it can communicate with Internet through Internet access module.The system includes two modules: data processing module and Internet acess module. Based on the datum of the DSP and the correlative chips, we designed the key circuits in the data processor module.The design of the Internet acess module of the control system is the following work. They were the interfaces connecting controller with Ethernet and public swithched telephone network. We designed the hardware and software of the system. After that, the paper researched the two communication methods of the remote controller via network. Then the paper discussed the key technology during designing and realizing the controller and the correspondingly resolutions.In addition, we researched the remote control system based on Internet, including the protocols and the modes of the remote control, and discussed the key factors of the remote control via network. The realization of the transimission of control data and state data are also provided in this paper.
