Real-time Network Monitoring System Based On Hierarchy Rnms Design And Research

Starting with network monitoring,this article discusses the basic mothods of realizing network management and the basic realization principle.Basing on the existing network management principle,the article brings forward the hierarchical network management system structure and introduces the information communication mechanism aiming to SNMP programming and J2EE.and realizes the inspection and monitoring of network equipment,line status and malfuncton.Stuying network management principle including network management system structure and the fundamental operation principle provided by SNMP as well as the basic concept and technology which SNMP comes down to.These provide theory basis for the realization of network management programming.To ensuring the acculate and reliable transfers of the controlling and status data between different layers,the article adopts relatively mature JMS information communication supporting by J2EE at present and realizes the distribution of the controlling data from the NNS of the center to the NNS of all branches (local) by perpetual pub/sub information communication and the status information report from the NMS of the branchs to the NMS of the center by PTP information communication.SNMP protocol communication employs multithreading programming, Have developed Java lower SNMP software package and realized the information inquiry from all NMS to all deputy status.The realization of the topology diagram of network monitoring ,the display of all kinds of the equipment status ,the inquiry and statistics of all status information etc is supported by Visusl Basic+Server.The main characteristics of this system are as follows: (1) The system introduces the hierarchical structure, deal with all kinds of state data in grades , accord with the common network structure at present, and have lightenned the centre NMS burden.(2) Collect the data to standard MIB-II, can manage different products of network equipment producer , have very good commonability.(3) Adopt JMS communication way under J2EE, guarantee to gather to the data and can be uploaded reliably when the circuit of the network breaks down.(4) Adopting Java development at the time of the design, the system has better portabilities.(5) Have designed the fast network while realizing and produced algorithms and shared the news passway communication structure etc. topologically, quicker network produces the data passway among the speed and less different levels to count topologically, guarantee that the whole system operation relatively has high efficiency.
