The Design And Realization Of Network Monitor System In Dispatch Center (CTC)

The CTC system (which named Central Traffic Control system) is the most important equipment for train operation in railway transportation dispatch and command, which can enhance the efficiency of railway dispatching command and assure train operation safety. The CTC system is built on what is based on Computer Technology, Communication Technology and Signal Technology, and also based on the DMIS system successfully running. In the CTC system, the dispatch center service system takes an important place.In dispatch center service system which supplies so many application system service, this paper choose to study the system architecture of the dispatch center machine room. After understand the structure of CTC system clearly, especially the network structure background, this paper begins the system architecture design. According to the idiographic application in fact, we begin designing it in detail. Finally, the system has been implemented as a net monitor system of network nodes equipments which are running in the CTC system of the Jiao Ji Line.The main job of this paper is developing a network monitor system, which applies in the CTC system. This system collects the state of the net node equipment by defining the net application interface of the net node equipment. This system gives the real-time information to the staff who maintains the CTC system's network in the most intuitionistic way. So that the staffs who maintain the network of CTC system could find the problems in time and keep the safety of the train running. On the design , we must think about the point of real-time, and the design must satisfy the portable and maintainability. On the realization, according to the design idea, we analyzed which the technology of network to select. This paper selects the network technology such as the Simple Network Management Protocol and net application interface to realize monitoring the simple variables in the application program of the net node equipments. Because the net management system is based on SNMP, this paper analyzes the MIB (Management Information Base) structure, ASN.1 (Abstract Syntax Notation One) and PDU (Protocol Data Unit) in SNMP. According to characteristics of Net Monitor, the author gives the specific PDU and the communication protocols used among modules. There are detailed solutions to some prime technical problems.After expatiating the designing in details, this paper begins to state the realization of the net monitor system. According to the net monitor system special use, this paper shows the monitor interface of the net monitor system. And to expatiate the every function for the matching interface detailedly. Also this paper shows the whole net monitor system to the reader completely.Finally, this paper summarizes the net monitor system from design and realization. And according to the instance of the technology and CTC system, combining the actuality , we showed the expectation to the net monitor system in the CTC system.
