From the development and network's structure of the modern mobile communications system, the paper made us known something about the wireless mobile terminal. For the demanding of modern communications, some popular transceiver's architectures were analyzed in this paper too. With some Air Interface standards, the author chose the system's architecture, evaluated RF IC, integrated the system and updated the hardware platform more than ten times. Finally the author successfully designed the RF system which only had single PLL but could be used in High speed switch networks of the system, advanced technique, low consumption and low cost were also the RF system's strongpoints. Finally, according to the relative standard, the author measured all RF indexes. The result proved that the system's performances had met all relative standards, and completely supported high speed switch function. It would have a good future for business. |
