In recent years, material is the one basis of develop of society economy, at the same time, the processes of control concreting has became the very important way to improve the capability of tradition material and to develop new material. Moreover, pulse current has the excellent transformation on the processes of metal concreting. Therefore, it has magnitude and realism signification to research the pulse power which the pulse' width and frequency and highness can be adjust. This paper is in process on the basis of it.Firstly, the thinking of the pulse power is discussed in detail according to the characteristic and realism request of rectifier and inverter and pulse transformer. At the same time, according to the characteristic of main circuit, the hardware and software of the control circuit is researched in the paper. Control circuit's core is realized by PIC16F877 microprocessor.Secondly, because object model controlled has the characteristic of non-linearity and unconfirmed, therefore, fuzzy PID controller, which has the ability of control on object model of the characteristic of non-linearity and unconfirmed, is adopted to system.In inverter, through resonant soft-switching technique, the solution to resolve the problem of wastage of switching is advanced. In circuit of connect to IGBT, the bus bar is employed, which is important way to reduce pass-voltage and mottle inductance.Finally, according to the result of equipment on the spot, validate the paper' s the correctness of design idea.
