Star Hotel Revenue Management System Applied Research

More and more Star Hotel begin to use Hotel Management Information System (HMIS) with computer science rapid development. However the management practice experiences show that Our HMIS still need to be improved. For example, it is lack of Yield Management System and this can help Hotel to gain the largest benefits.In this thesis the HMIS is studied comprehensively, the main works are as follows:(1) Analyze the whole design scheme of HMIS: define the design aim of and functions.(2) Make a comprehensive research on Hotel Yield Management subsystem: define the concept of Hotel Yield Management ,determine its function and put forward a kind of evaluation index system.(3) Research the technique scheme of HMIS: for example, the structure style , the software platform , including server operation system and workshop operation system and date base system. Research the problem of HMIS security by use of web security theory.(4) Indicate the development direction: B/S structure based on web technique and mix style of B/S and C/S. The mix style associates B/S across platform advantages with C/S strong business ability.
