Oil Cost accounts for more parts of the cost of the ship's operation, So it is the problem which shipping enterprises care about and it is one of issues to decrease the cost of the ship's operation. It is the aim for an enterprise to go in for the maximum of the benefit. Therefore it is a issue to make the ships gain the maximum benefit, which estimate the benefit according to the characters of the ships and the ports before the ships run and help the leaders to make reasonable decision. Components are worn down when the ships run. Ships are often maintained before components are wrecked, which is to avoid sudden trouble and reduce loss in the course of ship running. So it is one of their aims to make a good use of computers to make the maintain scheme of the ships. And in this paper, we introduce a maintain scheme of the ships and realize it by computer. This paper also states the developing means of software component. The technology of component has changed the traditional programming ways and improved the efficiency of developing software. At the same time, it has an evident effect on the foundation of information of enterprises. For the standard component, there are COM/DCOM and COBRA In this paper COM is mainly used. So it introduces the general developing way of COM.
