With the arrival of PC era, the embedded system is applied more extensivly day by day, from the industry control system to the home electron facilities, from the network equipment to the handheld mobile device.The new round of upgrading and development of information industry has provided for us the great opportunity of shortening the instance with the level of the international modern IT techniques.The Internet has already become the important basic information facilities of the society at present.It is the main channel of the information communication, the biggest and the most popular network on the earth.The application of the Internet is permeated through every aspect of people's life.Jn this case, the subjects connecting to the Internet begins to change, too.Besides the computers, a large number of all kinds of intellectual electrons equipments try to connect to the Internet at present.Embedded Internet (El) technology is put forward for these embedded equipments to connect the Internet and its main purpose is to solve the problem of the embedded equipment connecting to the Internet.As long as the embedded system has connected the Internet, people can control the all embedded equipments through the network in any place.The key problem of embedded Internet is the cost.Besides some 32-bit processor in the embedded system at present, a large amount of ones that existed are 3-bit processors.The 8-bit processors are cheap and are used extensively in all kinds of intellectual equipments.If we can realize the embedded Internet technology, it will not merely bring about an advance in application of El, and will bring the enormous economic benefits.As to the equipment manufacturers and the equipment users, seeking an economic, fast solution, and letting the existing equipment can be connected to internet immediately, becomes an important subject to master the business opportunity of the competition.This paper has introduced the plan of the design of the embedded Internet and how it realized concretely on 8-bit ordinary processors.The paper has summed up the emergence, development and the prospect of embedded Internet technology at first.After the introduction of the main solution of several kinds of the embedded Internet technology domestic and international currently, through the detailed analysis to standard TCP/IP, and combining the characteristic of the Micro controller Units, the paper puts forward the solution of embedded Internet platform based on the 8-bit Micro controller Units.Then it has described the design principle of the whole system in detail, analyzed the design of the network interface especially from the two aspects of the software and the hardware.Then it has analyzed and researched the technology of Embedded TCP/IP protocol, including the composition of the protocol, the content, each procedure module of realizing these protocols and the key programming detail among them, etc., and has furnished with the relevant flow chart of procedure.Finally, in order to prove that the scheme is really feasible, the picture transmission system that is bigger in data flow is as the research object in this article to examine the result of this network platform.Through the actual operation result of the system finally, it has proved the feasibility and practicability of this scheme.Meanwhile, the paper also introduces the key technology in the picture transmission system.
