Since the concept of the Internet of things is emerged in 1990s,more and more people are interest in computer networking.the Internet of things is based on Internet.it contains the RFID and wireless data communication technology.the Internet of things constructs a world which include everything in the true world. This article describes a composition by the sensor and the embedded system host, and it is the internet of thing technology which collect data on the material and sent to the Internet .The system uses the ARM7 microprocessor as a core processing unit, and it will receive the temperature and humidity sensors which send real-time temperature and humidity data by TCP / IP protocol sent by the GPRS module to the GPRS public networks. Socket programming technology used to establish TCP / IP server, the host sends the data to receive the embedded information, and the data uploaded to the Internet with a rich client (Rich internet application, RIA) model for dynamic call.The separating and anti-ice snow monitoring system is mainly developed in this paper. The system includes three modules, data processing and transmission terminals,GPRS send modules,PC server software and the Client. Front-end used AT89C2051 and STC12C2052AD as a controller; temperature and humidity collection models used DS18B20 and SY-HS-220; data processing and transmission terminals used LPC2138 as controller; softwares based on embedded real-time operating system uC / OS-II 2.52; GPRS modules adopted ZWG23A; host computer server program software is adopted VC6.0; the realization of the client is a Web page based on FLEX technology of the RIA model.The relevant content of the embedded systems'development and monitoring first be introduced, then the overall design of the system, including the function of the system, composition and working process and the outlined of the key technology and development implements ued in the system. And then from the two aspects of hardware and software, a data acquisition front-end development process is introduced. And then the data processing and sending terminal is introduced, whose hardware includes peripheral circuits, LCD display circuit, heating control circuit; whose software uses C language programming, which is introduced from the LCM driver, serial driver, timer interruption of the process and the software architecture. Then the GPRS module and server is introduced.In the final, the RIA client is been made a brief introduction, and the system is been tested and analysised, and the simulation of the entire system is completed under the average temperature.In the last the system's inadequacies and the future work is pointed out.
