This paper research the SDR technology from theory to realization. The theory basis of SDR is digital signal processing theory and the "hardware" (processing body) become into "software".As researching the basic SDR theory and all kinds of key technologies, the author put forward and explained the essence of digital interpolation,digital decimation ,Digital-Frequency-Conversion,sampling in a creative way. This unified the digital signal processing and analog signal processing.Futher more ,this corrected some illegible concepts about digital interpolation and digital decimation .Thus this paoer pointed out some way to get new signal processing methods.Considering the level of microchip development in the world,the author designed a suit of SDR system which all the parts under the intermediate frequency has been digitalized during researching in Bejing Souke Zhongxi Xian Dian co.,Ltd. This SDR system made up of DSP base band processing module and Digital intermediate frequency module.In order to realize this SDR system, the author designed two eight-layers PCB with Cadence's Allegro tool.This SDR system ultimately succeed in debugging.Now the system had been running stably.During researching graduate project,the author completed the following work:1)Studied correlative SDR theory ,key technology,signal processing algorithm deeply,special in Signal's Time-Frequency analyzing. 2)Studied correlative micro-processing system knowledge,special for DSP.Studied correlative embedded operation system knowledge.3)Designed base band processing board by Adsp21161.4)Designed intermediate frequency board cooperating with other classmates.5)debugged the system and accorded with the demand of design .
