This paper proposes a broadband network engineering solution of Jinhaiwan Garden Community of Shen Zhen. With help of the advanced facility and infrastructure of the small community, several enhanced community service can be provided, such as community web server, customer support center, and electronic commerce. This intelligent community network solution can be described as "Electronic Village", providing much more new services to the people which it services.The Object includes:Local Area Network can minimize the total online time, so as to lower the costHigh speed local Area Network enable the broadband service such as interactive multimedia communication, much more friendly, and humane machine interface. It will make broadband network much more easily accepted by people, and keep the network industry rollingAdvanced living facility and infrastructure enable the real time, and high efficient online business .By utilizing the close relationship between community provider and the tenant, the risk of electronic commerce can be reduced dramatically.Make people live in a much closer and much more friendly community by providing another living space: virtual network living space, help people know more about each, understand each other and help each other.Help people to find a spiritual space in this modern "electronic village" ,Jinhaiwan garden community has many thousand houses, every people living here has its own privacy, so it is extremely important to provide much more security to the broadband network, and to each customer. Also the community network will connect to internet, so it is an important requirement to prevent outside hacker, and network virus invasion.Internal network is the core of the whole community network, every host, database and server should provide highest security.The internal network which is used for office and internal business should be isolated physically from the access gateway to the outside internet. The internal network should communicate with outside network via firewall, filtering all the unnecessary information which could do harm to the internal network, preventing outside attack, so as to guarantee the internal network safety.Every host of the internal network can be protected by security software, such as ID verification, security level management, monitoring and log. Different VLAN can be assigned to isolation different users, for example, very important department can be assigned to a higher security VLAN, only the high privilege user can access.The Jinhaiwan community will use 100Base-T network technology to build the community broadband network. This project will use advanced network security and network management technology, not only can it meet the current requirements of Jinhaiwan garden, but also can be upgraded to provide much more functionalities. It provides a very innovative broadband solution for Jianhaiwan garden.The finished work includes:Build CAT5 cable facility, layout and routing, covering all the community building .
