With the rapid development and popularization of computer technology and Internet technology,the way of people's life has changed greatly.When the smart mobile phones and wearable devices are increasingly popular,and domestic appliances are more and more intelligent,the construction of digital home network and Internet of Things are becoming more important in today's society.However,there are multiple network technologies in a home,which can not communicate with each other,thus impede home intelligence.In order to get through the obstacle,the residential gateway technology is proposed,which enables make all kinds of intelligent terminals in the home to access the Internet service and realize the communication among the intelligent terminals.However in the practical application,the residential gateway has many problems such as poor scalability,unreliable data transmission and high cost.In view of the several problems faced by the home network and the residential gateway,this paper designs and implements the residential gateway system,based on the open source router technology,private cloud storage technology and multiple local area network technologies.The specific research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Analyzing the present development of residential gateway and home networking technology,as well as the transformation of the family business,and deeply studying the design principles and functional requirements of the residential gateway,this paper presents a layered architecture of gateway system,a hardware main gateway / sub gateway architecture and a modular software architecture.Layered architecture and modular software system architecture are more conducive to developing and maintaining.The hardware main gateway / sub gateway mode architecture can add or delete the sub gateway according to the user's requirements,which greatly improves the system scalability and reduces the cost of gateway equipment.(2)Based on the open source router,the hardware platform of the residential gateway is built,and the redundant design is used in the two aspects: between the main gateway and the sub gateway communication,the main gateway and the external network communication,which can avoid the sudden interruption of the single network technology in the communication,and improve the reliability of the gateway system communication.(3)The specific implementation framework of residential gateway software system is designed,including two modules: data processing and business processing.The data processing module has three functions: database management,private cloud storage and data preprocessing,which are convenient for users to realize the personalized management and storage of data.The business processing module plays a role in user management,equipment management,and application management,etc.In this module,the visitor group network and data reliable transmission control program are designed to improve the security of home network and the reliability of data transmission.(4)The residential gateway system is built,and the function modules are tested and analyzed.The test results show that the residential gateway of the Internet of Things has good performance in equipment control,data sharing,reliable data transmission and so on,which is suitable for home intelligent management.
