| Zhengzhou University Press is a comprehensive university press which has been built for only 3 years. Its predecessor is Henan Medical University Press established at the beginning of 1995 which was a professional press of medical science. At present, the press is facing the great changes of the external environment and transition of the internal system in the tide of market economy. Researching and making development strategies has become the primary subject to the survival and whining steadily in a long-term of development of Zhengzhou University Press among the market competition.There are four chapters in the thesis, which explains how to make the development scheme in "the Second Phase of Development " for a university press. The content is The overview of press in China and the basic situation of Zhengzhou University Press, the analysis of external environment condition and the internal environment of Zhengzhou University Press, some suggestions of the development formulation for Zhengzhou University Press.There are some innovations in this thesis most of which are in Chapter Two and Chapter Three. The thesis reflects them in following respects concretely.l.This thesis regarding basic theories of enterprise's strategic research as guidelines in the thread, combining the actual conditions of the studied enterprises closely, adopting some analytical methods and technology in enterprise's strategy. It adopts many kinds of analysis means including "five kinds of strength competition models" to analyze the external strategic inviroment of Zhengzhou University Press synthetically in order to find out about the external environment condition of the press overallly and thoroughly.2. Using SWOT analysis method which proceeding with the enterprise resources and competitive power to the internal strategic condition, the thesis analyzes the key competitive power of Zhengzhou University Press which suits the development strategy it to make and put forward various kinds of measures of strategy implementation.This thesis makes efforts to combine the modern enterprise's management theory with actual conditions of the small-scale university press in China, hoping to do some helpful tries in exploring and making strategy development plans of modern publishing enterprises. |
