Base on all of these, the knowledge obtaining to control point, the algorithm modeling of characteristic statistical process, and the research of control knowledge of environment influence were all in progress, then, according to the design methods, the SPC knowledge base was built by knowledge selected and abstracted. In order to assuring the stabilization of which the knowledge base is running, the research of knowledge base maintenance and the efficiency of knowledge obtaining are done, as well as, the fuzzy identify and fault reasoning design based on knowledge base were accomplished.
