| Based on Internet and GIS, Web GIS has many advantages such as good opening and data distributed storage. Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML) is a standard format of language ,which constructs an immersible virtual reality world. Appling VRML to Web GIS can improve the expressional ability of GIS. This thesis intends to combine planar map with three-dimensional virtual world and construct a Corporation Geographic Information System with good interaction. A system structure based on two technologies with good interaction is proposed in the thesis and is easily extended to kinds of Corporation Geographic Information System. |
