Power system is the heart of all kinds of communication bureaus or base-stations. It becomes the most important problem to make an economic and reasonable power supply project for the company's development. Research work on reliable erection design of power system and the key technologies is undertaken on the basic theories and past production by the author.In this paper, the author firstly introduced the basic structure and requirement of power system simply. Then gave some new methods for calculating of system volume, selecting of wires and battery group. And with this method, the author submits the design and maintenance project for power system construction and erection work of MeiShan mobile communication bureau. The design project has been carried out and received good effects. Finally inquire upon the basic theory and select a project of series-parallel resonant converter (which was a soft-switch converter) by outspread research and design work, then we discussed basic pro cess and practical RC load model of series-parallel resonant converter, consequently the simulation results obtained with a converter are presented.
