Power Electronics technique has advanced rapidly in years past , and the development was consider as the second revolution in electronics by specialists and scholars from different countries. High efficiency, high power density, high-voltage, and high-power direct current converters belong to Power Electronics. A great deal of research work has been done in this domain in foreign, and there have been plentiful productions .As well, there is much research work in progress in some domestic research institutions, in this domain, especially due to requests of national defense construction .It is for requests of national defense construction that an research institution establishes a special item to research high-voltage high-power converter in a domestic research institution, considering especial requests that the space-flight and aviation systems make for high-voltage DC-DC powers.In this paper, research and manufacture work on high efficiency high power density high-voltage high-power DC power is undertaken on the basis of basic theories and past production .By inquisition the basic theory and project of sreies-parallel resonant converter witch is a soft-switch converter was selected to outspread research and design work. In this paper phase-shift full-bridge sreies-parallel resonant converter is expatiated witch is good project for design of high-voltage high-power power at present. Besides those we discussed basic process and practical RC load model of sreies-parallel resonant converter.On the basis of RC load model the component parameters were calculated by the approaches expatiated, consequently the simulation results obtained with a converter are presented. The integrate design project for high voltage power system is also presented ,at the same time,design principle and essential characters of power system are discussed in detail.At the end of this paper, layout pictures of modules of high voltage power system are given...
