As the main part of the photoelectric tracking equipment,the tracking precision of the photoelectric tracking control system is a primary index measuring photoelectric tracking equipments。The realization of high precision control system becomes one of the difficult problems which many high precision photoelectric facilities must solve,without increasing the complexity of system mechanic structure。 There are several technical methods to improve the photoelectric tracking precision。It proves potential and useful that using advanced control arithmetic and the means of signal processing to improve the tracking precision。The paper Introduced the systemic constitution and functions of typical photoelectric equipments。The control principle and project design ways of three control strategies:the multiplex control,the intelligent and the same axis control was introduced。The method which can achieve high precision tracking control was put forward,and it provided theoretical basis for designing servo systems。Aiming at the researching tracking equipments,by the requirement of system index,the tracking control structure was confirmed,and embedded PC/104 control system was also designed。Based on the MATLAB simulation design,control algorithm was fixed on and control system software was devised。 Debugging it on the system,high precision tracking was realized。Compared with the homology devices,other than the high technical index,which breaks the traditional control algorithm,the using of the multiplex control, the same axis control and the intelligent control makes the random movement tracking precision up to azimuth (RMS),elevation (RMS);automatic tracking one reaches azimuth (RMS) and elevation (RMS)。According to the testing of system index,its index stood at the domestic advanced level。...
