Promulgating water information by multi-communication technique, can resolve problem of reliability and real time of data transmission, which is brought by single communication technique. According to analyzing in detail several communication technique which can be used to transmit water information, this paper discusses the design of the Water Information Query and Promulgation System.Firstly, it is introduced detailedly to the characteristic, advantage and design of what is two short message promulgation technique, voice promulgation technique, Web promulgation technique, E-Mail promulgation technique, and WAP promulgation technique.Next, combining the specialty of water industry and design regulation of system software, the key technique-COM component technique is selected. The design of the Water Information Query and Promulgation System is completed on the basis of the principle of module division, and the detailed design of the important communication subsystems is completed.At last, combined with the demand of Feilaixia key water control project Water Information and dispatch automatic system project, partial result is verified successfully.
