The Study Of Spatial Information Promulgation Based On XML

The informationization of society and development of network technology provides widest space for WebGIS. Traditional Web language HTML is a kind of text language. With the appearance of manifold information type, the disadvantages of HTML for representing spatial data are exposured, so the technology difficulties of WebGIS is hard to resolve.GML is the normal XML code that used for spatial inforation interoperatility. It can be used to solve the integration and interoperatility of multi-source spatial date. SVG is the language based XML, used to describe the 2D vectorgraph and vector/griad graph. SVG can satisfy the developers'demands of Web represtation and mutual instrument which is dynamic, zooming. Implement the networking of spatial information used with GML and SVG is a new way to release spation information. GML is the transfer date, and SVG is vector release format.The paper analyse the advantage and feasibity of GML and SVG which based on XML and Ajax used in the released of spatial information. The main study content of paper is Capture GML, transfer GML to SVG and the implement of asynchronism mutual with service. It provided new method for spatial information release. At last the author develop a XinRiver thememap system used research results.
