Social informatization is imposing increasing requirements on the court business system, including efficiency improvement for judgement, OA services and resource sharing within the system. The court business system has radically raised the working efficiency of the court, but with the expansion of the system scale and the soaring cost of operation and maintenance, traditional system architecture and development mode cannot adapt to the rapid change of the service requirements.Aiming at those issues currently encountered by the court business system, this thesis raises a new way based on component technology, designs a layered system model, a system implementation structure, a unified information model, a common service logic model and specific service component implementation schemes based on the experiences from the company the author's working for. This thesis first makes thorough analysis into the court system's requirements according to the domain engineering methodology, defines functional layered model of the system, and extracts service component from the model. The extracted components are further analyzed through component dependency analysis and are adjusted and optimized to gain the final component model, which defines the interface of the components. On the basis of component model, this thesis mainly focuses on the implementation structure of the system component platform, and raises the platform structure based on unified data model and common service flow mechanism, together with mechanisms of system exhibition, system registry, code management, organization management, logic data access management, user management, authorization management, system log management and system backup. The cooperation mechanisms between these components and interface to third-party products/systems are also designed. The implementation of a typical judgement flow is analyzed here within. To meet the resource sharing and integration demand, this thesis designs a unified information model, and established the basic information object structure and extended service data model through systematical analysis. The information model is also the interface data specification between components, which supports information sharing within the system. To integrate the judgement flow and OA flow process, this thesis raises a common court service logic mechanism, designs the internal structure and working mechanisms of the...
